In Russia, there were two mafias who ran the area and were not very fond of each other. They were called the Ramirez mafia and the Codogan mafia, otherwise known as "The Blue cartel".
And even though they didn't like each other, some day they would have to work together or run into each other. These Mafia groups hated each other for unknown reasons and no one could seem to figure out why. Yuri the leader of the Blue cartel would run into trouble with one of the Ramirez members which would cause them to not be the last time they see each other but great drama would lead to their interactions. Would the Blue cartel and Ramirez get an end to this relationship they have?

Blue cartel meshes with romance and horror, while keeping the readers in mind with facts and fiction. It also shares interests with readers and experiences while dramatizing it for more interment. A tale of a forbidden love, not destiny but choice.
