Bill Clarkson, a student journalist, fell in love with Mandy Twain, an admirer repellent girl who tried to avoid herself from falling for anyone and to avoid anyone from falling for her by hiding her beauty behind her big eyeglasses and her mouth watering braces. Plus, she has inherited a so-called "Hyperactivity Syndrome" (Losing control of oneself due to homonal secretion disturbances caused by the presence of an adrenal gland accelerator chemical in the blood) from her mother which has put her in an unexpected situation. Her syndrome attacked her while Bill is making his moves to court her in a place where only the stars happpened to witnessed that night. Will their love find a way to their happily ever after?
