The Royal Family: My Best Friend's Little Sister
What if Prince Charles and Lady Diana got married in 1978 instead of 1981? What if they had a son before Prince William? Meet Prince Darius, first born child of the Prince and Princess of Wales, heir to the throne. Born in 1979, Darius's life would be filled with happiness despite his parents fighting and eventually divorcing in 1996. The Southampton Plot (Violent Delights Book 9)
On August 4th, 1415, English King Henry V will execute three men. Two days later he will set sail for France to begin his historic Agincourt Campaign. The three men killed are accused of "imagining the death of the king", a charge with no legal basis. One of the accused is King Henry's former best friend, and for him Henry reserves the harshest punishment. Over a decade of lies and betrayal, ends sharply with what historians still debate being cold blooded murder. This incident will go down in history as the Southampton Plot. Inspired by true events. Violent Ends (Violent Delights Book 19)
House Lancaster would only be made up of three kings, but their reigns would leave a mark on England and France for centuries to come. From the end of the 100 years war, to the War of the Roses, the Lancasters would be some of England's best known Middle Ages kings. In 1413 At the age of 45 Henry IV dies peacefully in his bed after 14 years of rule. He usurped the crown from his cousin, Richard II. Most of his rule was spent quelling up risings, and struggling with national debt. He leaves the crown to his son, Henry V. In 1422 at the age 35 Henry V dies of illness after a long campaign. In his 9 years of rule he conquered much of France in a series of military exploits, primarily sieges. He leaves the crown to his infant son, Henry VI. In 1471 at the age of 49 Henry VI dies after some forty years of rule. Crowned king at only nine months of age his major accomplishments were domestic reforms including the founding of three colleges along with programs for poor scholars. He is murdered by his usurper. Based on true events. (This is all three deaths, ergo Part 1 takes place after Kings of Misrule, Part 2 takes place after 216 Days, Part 3 takes place after The Boy King) Trigger/Content Warning: Obviously depictions of death throughout, end of life issues discussed at length. Parental abuse and spousal dispute are discussed. A parent has a child whipped (lashed). An animal dies in a traumatic manner. Some suggestive sexual content, a character is clearly uncomfortable with sexual situations. Religion and heaven vs hell is discussed at length. A previously major character dies in a manner which could be upsetting. Be aware of your mental state and seek help as needed.Complete

35 days. A siege nearly ten years in the making. 300 French defenders attempt to hold off nearly 10,000 English assailants from the vital port town of Harfluer. As casualties from disease mount on both sides, the French can only pray for relief. Relief that will never come. Based on true events. The town of Harfluer courageously held out against England's greatest warrior king, Henry V, for over a month. This is their story. Trigger/Content Warning: this is a war story so there is extreme violence throughout. Very traumatic deaths of major characters (Day 28-30). A character has a panic attack on page. Second Chances: A Christmas Tale
Ao3 : Missfoodie2shoes (FULL CREDIT) This is my take on the classic Charles Dickens short story, A Christmas Carol. I know there are many other Harry Potter versions of it, but the ones I found were mostly parodies or comedies, and I wanted to take a more serious look at the story. I really enjoyed writing this, and any feedback, good or bad, is welcome. I wrote this many years before, after Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince came out, but before Deathly Hallows came out, so this would not be considered canon beyond HBP. I feel it still holds up well over the years, though, and thought I would share it with you all. Since this is the first Christmas since Alan Rickman passed away, I am dedicating this story to his memory. I will post once chapter a day, so this story will finish posting on Christmas Eve day.
