"Do you believe in vampires?"

I used to laugh at the idea puro kathang-isip lang, diba? But now? Now I'm trapped in his arms, and there's no denying what he is.  

I hate him. His presence makes my skin crawl. Yung ngiti niya, parang may alam siyang hindi ko alam. His gaze is too intense, too knowing, like he's reading my every thought. His laugh? Nakakainis. Nakakagulo. Every move he makes reminds me that he's not human.  

And yet... bakit ganito? I should be terrified, I am terrified, pero bakit may kung anong humihila sa'kin pabalik? It's maddening. Parang isang delikadong laro na alam kong matatalo ako, pero hindi ko matanggihan.  

Would you call me crazy if I said I think I'm falling? Kasi kung hindi, ewan ko na. I'm stuck between fear and fascination, and I don't know which one will win.
