Once upon a time, the Son of Dracula fell in love with a human. They loved one another until her final breath, and he would mourn her for the centuries to come. Once healed, he found himself attracted to another, who soon found herself reciprocating his feelings. But she too, would perish, before their love could bloom completely.
But just when he had resigned himself to a life of solitude, he found his world shaken by one of the last living descendants of the Belmont Clan. A leading socialite of the British nobility, and an equally skilled vampire hunter, a mutual attraction would explode between them both. But fate is cruel, and only fate could bring them together again, if they were truly destined for a happily ever after.
What if Dracula did not die at the end of the tale. Instead, faked his death with the help of the powers of darkness and a very unlikely source, traveling to the new world together to begin anew for the both of them.
Now, in present day Seattle, a woman is caught in the middle of a battle thought to had been laid to rest over a hundred and twenty years ago. Where her loyalties lay is like a slap in the face for the descendants of the ones who had fought against the presumed ancient evil in Victorian England.
Soon, they will learn that for her, Vlad Drake will burn their world down.
