Theo is the leader of the rebels, the commander. He is currently preparing for a retaliation from the government. Louie, his second in command is doing the same. Kaiya, Theos older sister, Layla and Dyrus are rebels aswell.

He sneaks off in a disguise to try and help Mia, Kaitlyn and Micheal, three of his friends. His father didn't approve of them. They were soldiers.
