Nora is a 10th-grade student grappling with loneliness after her father's sudden death. As her friends pair off into relationships, leaving her behind, she becomes the target of their teasing. Feeling increasingly isolated, Nora retreats into her own world, where she begins to imagine an elusive man-a blurred face she encounters in dreams.

What starts as a figment of her imagination soon becomes a source of comfort. Nora finds herself confiding in this illusionary man, believing he listens and understands her. As she faces challenges at school and home, she begins to sense his presence, as if he's guiding her through difficult times.

Years pass, and Nora's connection to the illusionary man deepens. Desperate for companionship, she turns to ancient rituals and prayers, hoping to bring him from the depths of her mind into the physical world. When her plea seemingly succeeds, Nora is faced with the startling realization that her imaginary confidant might be more than just a figment of her imagination.
