Izuku Midoriya was born with a great quirk, well that's what his mother always said. Though he knew the truth, he knew why there were always heros around when he went outside, people were afraid of him and his power, and he couldn't blame them. He would be scared too if a child had the amount of power he had. He was awoken one night by the sound of his window opening and someone entering, before he could jolt up or scream a gun barrel was put to his head. Behind it he could see eyes, eyes of a hero, eyes of someone who didn't want to be there. Just before he was sure he was about to be killed, she put her barrel away and collapsed to the ground in tears. Both of them monsters in their own right, both seeking to help others, both helping each other along the way.

Eventually, Izuku gains the attention of the one and only principal of UA, Nezu. The only known animal to have a Quirk. Nezu had learned of Izuku, his Quirk analyzing, and his love of nature. He grew interested in the young man and decided to get to know him. Let's see how the journey of our favorite green-haired hero hopeful changes when he both has a Quirk and a slightly chaotic mentor. I do not own MHA or any of its characters. I do have an OC who will be a main character. Another character, Hikari, was created by my AMAZING friend, CrystalCake101.
