Is being him for his Harem really worth it? Well, not really as this guy is reincarnated as the guy and taking over Issei, and boy will he Frank Grimes this place!

For those who don't know? Frank Grimes was a character in the Simpsons who was a normal person from our world. He was at odds with Homer and more and it drove him insane and he died so the MC taking over Issei is such a person who knows being the MC isn't worth all that insanity.
