The quest for the throne of Remeny is almost at and end; the Guide has been summoned, the Maze has been conquered and the Bard has been found, but never have Tor and his companions been in more danger.  

The recent losses are greatly felt by all, but they will not be the last.  Who is Brodin's companion who seems to know Sam and will his presence cause more problems for the Princes or will he fill the void that now exists in the team? 

When the group is forced to split into two, not all will live to be reunited.  Some will be forced to return to a land they never wanted to set foot in again and the quest becomes the least of Tor's concerns as he worries whether one of his team will try to commit regicide.

As one half of the team meet strange and unique creatures, the other is forced to confront an old enemy.  One member of the group is plagued by terrifying nightmares that may be more than just bad dreams while another encounters a ghost from their past who will change their life forever.               
With the help of flying horses, ogres and centaurs, Tor and his friends must overcome zombies and deadly secret societies if they are to survive.All Rights Reserved

First off, this story was not written by me. I am posting it for a friend of mine, with permission of course. This took place in a Dungeons & Dragons game over 30 years ago. It is a about how one of the player characters got his start; Crentar Bronn. He is a human ranger of 1st level in this story. This is important to note, because it'll bring more perspective as you read the story. I was the DM (Dungeon Master) for this game. At the time, we were still in high school, which of course, gives away our age. lol I decided to have each character do it solo before they actually met up with each other. A teaser so-to-speak. Eventually, there was five player characters in the game. My friend who ran Crentar Bronn remembers this whole solo adventure to this very day in great detail. A few years after the game is when he wrote this story. We were recently reminiscing about 'old times' and he told me that he actually wrote it out as a story. He was then able to find it on an old hard drive & then sent it to me. I was very surprised at how good this is & how great his memory was from that adventure. I'm flattered that he was so inspired by it, that he turned it into a story! I hope you enjoy this early adventure of Crentar Bronn as much as we did. Perhaps, with enough comments & likes, he'll be inspired to write more chapters. THX

His name is Timûs, growing up and working as bar tender, his world be flipped up side down. An well known Druid by name of Sandor who tells Timûs is next in line to the throne of the kingdom of life. Aswell, that he is tasked with mission to reclaim his rightful place and next inline. But, there is doom in the east of the world. A evil sorcerers, who rules with torture. His name is kranks, ruler, sorcerers and army of goblins, gnomes and trolls. The sorcerer has one weapon that he uses, bracelet, that turns the user into madnes. As when Timûs was growing up his farther, lord p , and his mother who was the queen, queen, and the Imp who was the economically trained , Tock, who also trained as worrier . Timûs doesn't go alone. His two cousins, kitor and Andor who were his long lost cousins. The charismatic elf Josen, the Druid Sandor and the dwarf brothers Garo and Fardor. As well the elven scout called Fár. To seek out the bracelet and destroy it. But there is two outlanders an a troll of the name of Mashder who speaks, but, only little. bow master of the name of Adamer that Timûs comes across. As when Timûs gose on adventure, there is untrustworthy, ugly, lying gnome by name of Sumbumer. who she is corrupted by of the Bracelet. Aswell, Timûs has only wanted one thing. That would be have girl friend, who his called, Eellaer, who is only year younger than Timûs. Reason, willingness, braveness and knowledge all Timûs needs to go on this adventure.

That's the easy part. The real trouble starts when he tries to use magic. He has power, that much is certain, but it's like using a flamethrower to light a birthday candle.

The Maze - Tor's Quest Book 2 by TrudieCollins8

When the King died, leaving his throne to whoever succeeds in a quest, Prince Tor's brothers readily accepted the challenge. Tor was more reluctant. Now that he has lost friends and at least one brother is dead. When a clue required Tor and his companions to find 'a guide from another world', a witch dragged a young woman from her own world to a land filled with magic, mythical creatures and dangerous monsters. Having convinced her to aid him in his quest, Tor has successfully procured the latest clue and is one step closer to obtaining the throne. Now he just has to persuade her to go through agony in order to find the next clue, or another guide must be found. When the group discover that they need to enter a maze, from which nobody has ever escaped, one of the team must be left behind. Once inside the maze, they will need to solve a series of puzzles to continue the quest, with death being the penalty for each wrong answer. Nobody is safe, as one of Tor's brothers finds out the hard way, and Tor discovers that he cannot trust all of his friends when he uncovers a betrayal. A chance remark leads to one of the team finding out that the quest has a twist, making it even more deadly than any of those taking part could ever have imagined. Tor's Quest is a 5 part series, starting with The Guide.

The tale of a priestess turned gladiator after a raid on the village, resulting in her and her compatriots being kidnapped with any other surviving townsfolk to the duke's colosseum. There they are forced to fight or die trying, some not even getting that chance. Death is around the corner at any missteps. Perhaps there is a way out of this. Will the priestess become too corrupted by the gore? Or will she find a way out of this? A challenge I received from a friend, the problem is that the challenge itself is a spoiler, so it'll be placed all the way at the end in case you're too nosey to find out yourself. Be warned there's a good lot of gore, some even drawn out in art pieces, so if you can't look at gore either I wouldn't suggest reading it, though the art pieces themselves aren't good.
