The Mutilator

It has been sixteen years since Jim accidentally shot and killed his mother with his dad's hunting rifle. Since then, he has been very sad and quiet about the whole thing, even around his closest friends. But when his father, who's also still torn about the incident, asks him to close up his beach house condo for the season, Jim's friends agree to go along with him to help close it up. But what they don't know is that someone is waiting in the shadows, ready to kill them off one by one.
