Dystopian Soul

Artemis is an elf homunculus created to serve the Elf Kingdom and become his deadliest assassin. However, when he finally rebels, he's stopped and sealed in a paralyzed state, to never hurt anyone again. Now, centuries later, Artemis breaks free, finding himself in a fantasy world whose nature and magic has been replaced by steel and dystopian cities.
