18 years old "hopeless romantic" Aliziana Osalvo is a freshman Psychology student at Crown Hill University. Unexpectedly, the popular soccer player she's crushing over since 3rd year high school confessed that he's in love with her sister, Janiah, and asked for her help to win Janiah's heart. That was not the first time she encountered that kind of situation, and stupid Aliziana got heartbroken again. Her best friend Rose is a cancer patient whom she always talks to about her tragic fate when it comes to love. Suddenly, she met a guy named Lucas, a racer and a senior Sociology student at the same University whom she had an embarrassing encounter with at her mom's flower shop once, a few days before her college journey. It was pure rage and hate she felt towards him at first, but after a few more encounters with him, she found herself enjoying Lucas' company. She often see him at the same hospital where her best friend was admitted, and later on developed feelings for him. Turns out Lucas is also a patient with only a few years to live because his body stopped responding to treatments.
