James "Bucky" Barnes, also  known as the Winter Soldier, lives a life haunted by his past. Free from the Winter Soldier trigger words,  he tries to make amends by signing on with the Avengers. 
Ava tracks the Winter Soldier and is ready to execute the mission, she's ambushed and Bucky ends up saving  her. Ava reconnects with Natasha Romanoff, a fellow member of the Black Widow program.
Together they team up to take down the person who hired Ava to kill Bucky and find out why
