Zack and Zara both have a hard past. 

Zara is a girl who lost her best friend, her ride or die, her mom, at an age when she needed her most.

Zara's mom ment everything to her considering her father beats her. Her mom tried helping but when she did, she would get beat along side Zara.

Zack is a boy who always had high expectations. He needed to be the best because his father was the best at everything, and when Zack made a mistake, he would suffer a punishment no kid should face.

Zack's mom was his only sense of comfort, after every punishment of his father, his mom would always come and treat his wounds and let him cry on her shoulder 

But over the years, his father's words got to him and he ended up being heartless and didn't have any intentions or interest to be in a relationship. 

But everything changes when the two meet.
