110 years ago, the psychic society of Japan was assaulted by a fearsome demon named Fogos, who murdered and transmuted almost all of them into demonic experiments.
Morinosuke Intoku, a kid and psychic prodigy, managed to stop and kill Fogos, but at the cost of his own live. Now, in the present day, a new heroine will rise, inherit Morinosuke's powers, and continue his legacy to fight crime and evil. Her name...is Chie Ishikawa.

Among normal people, there are those with the power to control their "aura" and create supernatural powers. At present day, while the youkai have been taken completely under control, what remains are humans who use aura abilities to commit crimes, such as murder, theft and extortion.
