Elena investigates the murder of Kyra, a Canadian nurse. Jonathan loves Kyra, but she doesn't love him back. Jonathan feels that Kyra is unattainable, so he decides that if he can't have her, no one can. He stabs and kills Kyra. Elena's only clues are Jonathan's letters and notes to Kyra. Christopher helps Elena crack the case as her assistant.
