Aubrey Robertson had never made much out of himself in his 33 years of life. He's never lasted too long at a job and has been supported by his mother for most of his life. He is prepared to live this life until he meets a strange but beautiful woman whom he openly lets into his home, but this woman is not who she seems. She is a vampire eager to make another one of her kind and has chosen Aubrey as her next victim.

Aubrey is left confused by his new life and is no good at keeping secrets. Before he can make heads or tails of what has happened to him he is discovered by a coven and is ushered into a new life that he has to struggle to understand. Used to being a loner, he is suddenly expected to be part of a family with people that he has never met before. Although its not as if he had anything to lose. Maybe he could manipulate this horror story into a success story.
