Jennifer Pepito, a woman who seemed to be ordinary, just like anyone who grew up in a big city, living the life with a successful career, stable income, and a stable family. Everything seemed perfect. But one day, a chapter began, and that chapter forever changed her.

She hopes to inspire people who think life is as shallow as what we see on the surface. Those who have lost hope, who have chosen to go against the norm, who have chosen to find out who they really are and how far they can go with themselves.

Despite lacking any notable social status, she has no title, celebrity status, or fame as a writer. She is simply a person with big dreams, big hopes, strong faith, and profound beliefs. She is very special to herself, and because she holds a plethora of intense emotions and experiences within her, she wants to share them with you. Her raw life experiences, she hopes, will inspire you to explore the vastness within yourself.

Dear you,

This is a book about experiences-real-life experiences. To truly understand this book, please read it with love, understanding, and empathy. I want you to visualize yourself as the character in the book. Feel all the emotions that I felt during this journey: the love, the hate, the anger, the resentment, the hopelessness, the fear, the guilt, the gratitude, the light, the clarity, the peace. There are so many more emotions you may experience, but I want you to feel them deeply.

Yours truly,

Jennifer Pepito

When success and even love are not enough, you need a miracle… Daniel Clay has good looks, money, and a rising career as a New York investment advisor. Meanwhile, his personal life is barren of love and family. But when a distant relative dies and leaves him a house in England, Daniel embarks on a life-changing journey—toward love and his soul’s awakening. He meets and falls in love with Claire, a children’s palliative care nurse. With her help, he opens his home and heart to comfort young patients in their final days. As Claire tends to the children in a beautiful glassed-in room overlooking the sea, Daniel prays for miracles. Just when his prayers are answered, a mysterious illness strikes him down and relentlessly drains away his life. With no hope for a cure, Daniel holds fast to a deep secret that he can never reveal. And now, he needs a miracle of his own. "Late one night back in July 2002, I fell asleep and had a dream. It was unlike any dream I had before, or since. It was like watching an extended movie, and it ended with instructions for me in the rolling credits. I awoke in shock and glanced at the clock next to my bed, only to discover what seemed like hours of sleep had only been a few minutes. I got up, sat at my desk and spent the rest of the night writing everything down. Never having written anything before, I took the next few weeks to follow the instructions from the dream – share the story in a novel. After a few months of being inspired by the story, but at the same time feeling overwhelmed with the project, I put it away. However, I couldn’t forget it. Now, after more than nine years of struggling with the process and battling against my own self-doubt, I’m ready to share the story. The Living Room was my dream." - Bill Rolfe

Guzi transmigrated into a novel and became a character in a story about a true and false rich heiress. While others who transmigrated into novels become the true heiress, she became the fake heiress. To make matters worse, both she and the true heiress are engaged. She was engaged to the son of a military leader, while the true heiress was engaged to a divorced man with three children from his previous marriage. Guzi's parents, caring for the true heiress, decide to have Guzi marry in her place. In the book, the character "Guzi" was furious and attempted suicide but failed. As a result, she lost the love and favor of her parents. After marrying the divorced man, "Guzi" blamed him for all the wrongdoings and mistreated his children. Eventually, he could no longer tolerate her actions and divorced her. "Guzi" would become a destitute beggar and die miserably on the street. After transmigrating into the book, Guzi left her family and married the divorced man. When she faced the man and his three children, Guzi believed that the original owner of her body made a terrible mistake. This was a painless experience of being a mother without any hardships to endure! On the other hand, the true heiress had to deal with her husband's illegitimate child and fight for family assets. She would lead a daily life full of hardships. The true heiress consoled herself, thinking that she was still better off than Guzi. She had to raise someone else's child and care for an old man. However, one day she sees Guzi stepping out of a luxurious car with a protruding belly, supported by the richest man in the city. Looking aggrieved, Guzi got out of the car and said, "We agreed not to have children!" The man beside her responded tenderly, "Sorry, my mistake."

A healer. A survivor. A victim of profound injustice. How does someone who has dedicated their life to helping others find the strength to heal themselves after losing everything? In December 2019, I woke up in a psychiatric hospital following a suicide attempt. A simple conversation with another patient sparked a shift within me-a glimmer of clarity that would change the course of my life. But how did I end up there? What devastation could drive a loving spouse, a therapist, and a lifelong survivor to the edge of despair? This book unravels the journey that led me to that breaking point and how I found the strength to keep living. My story is one of triumph and tragedy-of overcoming paralyzing shyness and social anxiety to become a psychotherapist, only to have my life shattered by unimaginable injustice. Between 2000 and 2006, I lost everything I had built: my home, my career, my community, and the love that once gave my life meaning. The destruction was sudden, like a meteor crashing down, and the aftermath left me in ruins. Worse still, the world condemned me as a villain when I was only ever a victim. But this is not just a story of loss. It is a story of survival, of how I faced the darkness and chose to keep living. It is a testament to how love, hope, and the power of connection can guide us through even the longest night. Through this memoir, I share not only my pain but also my triumphs-the moments of joy, love, and meaning that kept me fighting for life. I write this book for anyone who has ever felt unseen, unheard, or unjustly condemned. I write it to show that healing is possible, that our stories matter, and that no matter how broken we feel, there is always a path forward. This is my story. But it is also a story of hope-for you, for me, and for anyone who has ever longed for justice, healing, and love.
