In the wake of Commissioner Gordon's death and the Arkham Island catastrophe, Barbara Gordon finds herself trapped in a never-ending cycle of chaos and despair. As she struggles to come to terms with her loss, she's bombarded by whispers of concern from those closest to her - they fear she'll succumb to the same madness that consumed Harley Quinn, and team up with the Joker to find something that will reveal Jason Todd's whereabouts. But when a new vigilante appears on the streets, Barbara's instincts kick in, and she begins to suspect that Jason may not be as dead as she thought.
