Duke of Corigan ushers his daughter to marry. Though a bridgerton is the last of his wishes given there "successful" past with love matches. The Duke believes love to be a fools errand and anyone who looks for love in their partner rather dimwitted. He sees his daughter's marriage as simply a breeding ground and business contract. Though the Lady does finds it rather difficult to stray from the eyes of Lord Bridgerton.
