Darina Salvador is an army nurse who got transferred to another camp due to an issue. She was very eager to be transferred back to her original camp, which is why she is very competitive to get a good record. There she met Khalil Marvelo, an army doctor who is loved by everyone because of his sweet face and kindness. Although he has this good attitude, he still gets on Darina's nerve and ends up having a fight with her. But as time went by, they started to fall for each other.
