"You photograph well," I commented, snapping one last photo of her before going to set my camera aside. I looked down and took notice to her hand on my thigh, acrylics lightly tapping on my soft, tan skin.
Melanie sat across from me on the black leather couch, her eyes clouded with an emotion I couldn't perceive. A small smile curved at the ends of her lips, leaning closer to me whilst using her free hand to lightly grasp my hand that was still holding the camera.
Her breath fanned my face, almost reaching my nose from the close proximity.
"I'm sure you photograph better," she paused, pupils now dilated. "My turn."
