Couple of three months, Seth and Dean are involved in a serious car accident. Seth is injured but Dean is in much worse condition.
When they are taken to the hospital separately, Seth is left wondering where his boyfriend is. When he finds out Dean's in a coma, his heart shatters into a million pieces. Roman is there to support him but he's still broken.
The doctor gives Seth and Roman a deadline for when Dean needs to know wake up by. If he hasn't then they'll have to turn his life support off.
Will Seth and Roman have to make that choice? Will Dean ever wake up?
