Anime Name: Ascendant

Anime Genre: Action, Supernatural, Drama, Gore

Anime Description:
In a world where individuals awaken to supernatural abilities called "Ascensions" during adolescence, these powers come with a price: the stronger the power, the greater the risk of losing control. The story follows Kaito, a teenager who has just discovered his powerful and dangerous Ascension. He joins a special academy that trains young Ascendants to master their abilities and fight against the chaotic entities known as the Corrupted.

Anime World and Universe:
The world is divided between ordinary humans and Ascendants. The society is highly stratified, with Ascendants both revered and feared. Special academies are established to train and control these individuals, and the threat of the Corrupted-beings created from Ascendants who have lost control-is ever-present.
