Was My Soul Left Behind (And Has It Come Back)
"Look, I'm having a shitty day." Chuuya snapped. "If you could just give me the hat, we could each be on our merry way. Is it that hard to underst-" The words died in his throat as the man turned. He had a wild look of panic in his eyes, bandaged knuckles fiercely gripping Chuuya's hat. But neither of those were what made him pause. It wasn't the man's familiar features either. No, what made his breathing pick up and vision tinge a vivid crimson was the name upon Dazai's lips. "...Chuuya?" "Motherfucker," Chuuya barely managed to reply as red surged and overtook him. ___ An unexpected encounter between two old friends believed to be long dead leaves both parties confused but yearning for the other. ___ (I can't say more without spoiling the whole story so y'all are just gonna have to trust me. *desperate noises*) Cover art by Ryethe Completed (1 chapter) Rated mature for swearing and dark topics Characters are from Asagiri's "Bungou Stray Dogs"Complete

''Haku, where are Dazai and Haruka ?'' ''I don't kno--'' A loud bang echoed throughout the empty place. Shoes scraped the ground as Chuuya backed away unnaturally. Tears rolled down Haku's cheeks, who covered his mouth with both palms. Both of them with their eyes wide open. Dazai was in a deep coma. The doctor said that he'd never wake up, but everyone held hopes that he would, that the doctor's wrong. ''Please wake up... please... please...'' That's what hope is, it saves people from misery, yet brings them pain as time goes by. ✨ 22 year-old Soukoku ✨ Romance ✨ Kids ⚠️ Scars ⚠️ Blood ⚠️ Violence 🗞️ No. 4 in #dazaixchuuya 🗞️ No. 7 in #dachuu 🗞️ No. 10 in #kunikida 🗞️ No. 19 in #kunikidadoppo 🗞️ No. 28 in #dazai 🗞️ No. 30 in #chuuya 🗞️ No. 31 in #akutagawaryuunosuke 🗞️ No. 26 in #nakajimaatsushi 🗞️ No. 37 in #atsushi 🗞️ No. 38 in #doubleblack 🗞️ No. 61 in #shinsoukoku 🗞️ No. 65 in #nakaharachuuya 🗞️ No. 85 in #soukoku 🎨 Cover Art Credit : *unknown* 🎨 Content Art Credit : *unknown*Complete

Trust and Anxieties (A Soukoku Fanfic)
Dazai and Chuuya have FINALLY confessed their feelings for one another! It's been a couple of months since they started dating, each going on with their lives, but, with a new blooming relationship between the two. But unfortunately, when your people like Dazai and Chuuya, not everything stays cheerful. Chuuya develops anxiety over the thought of Dazai leaving him again but decides not to let his mackerel of a boyfriend know for fear of hurting Dazai's feelings for mistrusting him. He does not want some 'anxiety' to break the relationship he and Dazai have been longing to begin. Of course, Chuuya should have known that he couldn't hide his inner thoughts from his intelligent (man's literally a detective!) boyfriend. Will Dazai be able to figure out what's wrong with his adorable chibi? Or will trust begin to break between the two?Complete
Bruised, Not Broken ( a soukoku fanfic )
After years of silent endurance under Mori's thumb, Dazai Osamu finally breaks. Wounded, overstimulated, and unable to speak, he shows up at Chuuya's door in the dead of night - not as a Mafia executive, but as a shattered boy who doesn't know how to ask for help. Chuuya, still tethered to him by something deeper than he'll admit, takes him in without question. What begins as a night of tending wounds slowly unravels into something far more fragile: trust. As Dazai recovers in secret, hidden from Mori's reach, the two rediscover each other in the quiet. Trauma leaves its mark - in broken speech, haunted silence, and the missing eye Dazai refuses to explain - but Chuuya refuses to let him fall back into darkness. Even when Dazai proposes marriage in the middle of a breakdown, even when grief and guilt threaten to drown them both, Chuuya stays. Together, they plan their escape - from the Mafia, from their past, from a city that never let them breathe. With Ango's help, they fake their deaths and disappear into a life neither of them believed they could ever deserve. A life with a home. A shared bed. A bath filled with lavender oil. A prosthetic eye that lets Dazai be seen without being dissected. And for the first time in years, they begin to learn what safety feels like. But healing is never easy. And love, no matter how deep, doesn't erase the scars overnight. This is a story of survival. Of choosing each other. Of saying stay and meaning it. And of two broken souls building something whole in the quiet. So what would happen if both joined the ada? And what would happen if Mori demands Dazai back after the prison arc?
