A story about Hailey Upton coming back to Chicago from being sent to New York for 3 years. During her time in New York she had a baby girl with her Boyfriend Wes, who left soon after the birth of her daughter Grace. Wes had left to go back to the Army and was soon killed during his time in Germany. Coming back to Chicago was like a fresh start for both Hailey and Grace. When back in Chicago She had gotten a job in Intelligence working under Sergeant Hank Voight.
