Mirai, the Witch of Sight by High_Priestess_Elena
101 parts Complete Mature
Mirai comes from a long line of witches who have been particularly gifted in using their inner sight. As such, she's trained her sight from a young age. She's always been a disappointment, however, as the only thing she's ever been able to see is the vague image of a girl. On her 18th birthday, Mirai discovers a mark on the back of her neck displaying the number thirty. From her first proper vision, she deduces that unless she finds the girl before the number reaches zero, both of them will die. Only being able to depend on her less than mediocre skills in seeing the future, Mirai sets out to find the girl before the time is up. Little does she know of the trauma the girl has suffered, nor that finding her is only the beginning. ---------- Mature rating due to: smut, violence, suicide (happens in the prologue while POV-character has her back turned), rape (happens in chapter 30 and will be mentions of it afterwards, fade to black, there will NOT be a trigger warning at the beginning of the specific chapter), violent death of babies, some rather bloody scenes, self-harm, extreme guilt. Note that a major part of this story focus on healing from and learning to live with trauma, so though you could potentially read it but skip some specific parts, if you're not comfortable reading something that deals with the listed topics, then this book won't be for you. ---------- This series will contain the following volumes: Volume 1 - Zoe, the witch of innocence (completed) Volume 2 - Crimson, the witch of night (completed) Volume 3 - Morana, the witch of life (completed) Volume 4 - Mirai, the witch of sight (completed) Volume 5 - Danae, the witch of light (ongoing) Volume 6 - Rheseis, the faerie of love

The ARROGANCE OF A LEGEND (Volume 1)

3 parts Ongoing Mature

The rewritten version; new characters, new plot. Three thousand years ago, monstrous Plagues consumed the Earth, leaving ruin in their wake. From the ashes rose ErdTerra, a fragile new world struggling to survive. Humanity's only salvation came from seven siblings, the Nephilim, who wielded divine powers to protect and guide the remnants of civilization. From their legacy, the Moths were born-an elite order of exorcists sworn to battle the Plagues. Arron Anastasius is no savior. He is the sole survivor of a massacre that took everything from him-his friends, his family, his future. Taken in by the Moths, he accepts the offer to become an exorcist dedicated to purging the plagues. But beneath his arrogant and cold resolve lies a fate he cannot escape: a life marked by grief, secrets, and the weight of unanswered questions. When Rhaed Sakuragi, a figure from his childhood, returns as the captain of a mysterious squad, old feelings resurface, and forgotten memories rise to the surface. As ErdTerra trembles beneath the growing power of the Plagues, Arron is forced to confront his past, his responsibilities, his pain, and the possibility that he may have far more to lose than he believed. In a world teetering on the edge of destruction, how much will Arron sacrifice to protect what little remains?
