Instead of Paimon, Traveler is found by Monstadt's favorite dogboy, Corin. Corin leads her to the City of Freedom, parting ways shortly afterward.

Fate has it that the two would run into each other again, eventually roping Corin into the plan to save Dvalin.

Corin begins to travel alongside the Traveler, becoming her trusted companion, despite how weary she was at first.
