Sameer Sharma, a physician who works long hours in a hospital because he enjoys his work, receives a proposal to marry his sister's best friend. He is a well-known physician and the owner of a hospital, which he improved by working around the clock for his patients, despite the fact that the hospital was founded by his father. He never had time to think about a relationship like marriage because of his duties, so he had no interest in getting married, but he agreed to make his sister happy.

Nitiya Rajput, who is a medical student, was about to finish her internship when her best friend proposed to her asking her to marry Sameer. She had no choice but to agree, not knowing what the future held for them, since she knew she would have to get married eventually.
