Ananiel has committed the ultimate transgression--falling in love with Lilith, the seductive Devil herself. Their forbidden affair is a flame that could incinerate the universe as we know it.

On Earth, demons who serve hell can find redemption through their deeds of ensuring sinners suffer for their sins, the necessary task to keep order. With this, is the chance to ascend back to the heavenly ranks they once abandoned.

But Ananiel is not interested in surrendering his dark mistress. In a desperate bid to avoid his own salvation, he takes it upon himself to create a tally mark against his soul, ensuring his damnation into her world. Ananiel defies the heavenly order, claiming the souls of men whose sins have been overlooked by the heavens. Yet with every spirit he delivers to Hell's gates, he risks the wrath of primordial celestial powers-that-be.

Torn between his selfish pleasures and oblivion, Ananiel must overcome cosmic obstacles to preserve his unholy devotion. Even if it means sacrificing what little traces of virtue still linger in his tortured soul. In the end, no sin is too grave and no price is too high, to pay for a dance with the Devil.
