The story of a 15-year-old figure skater who was forced to fight in a civil war and tried her best to survive for her dream.
Will she survive it?
Is it worth it?
Note:
Chapter 1-4 are badly written because I wrote it a year ago.
May consist of:
Grammatical Errors
Military inaccuracies
Figure Skating inaccuracies
Any form of inaccuracies
(I did my best to research though.)
Bad writing. Not the first time, but I'm learning to improve.
This story is purely fictional. It has nothing to do with any real history or events. Any similarities in real life are purely coincidental.
My name is Ruth Costa and I am twelve years old. I was abused and traumatized because of my past, which led me to find the one of the most dangerous things in Romania, all because I broke into an "abandoned" apartment for food.
The Winter Soldier stared at me from the doorway, plums in a clear plastic bag in his gloved hands. I held his candy bars and other fruits I found in the fridge. We both stared at each other. I don't know if I should run, give them back, or start bawling, because I feel that all three of those options were pretty good.
