Eric Electra comes from a long line of seers with the power of seeing the past. Although this kind of power is very rare, he still finds a fellow seer in his five years at his primary school.

With all the magic and special powers, you might think they would live a happy life. But with all the world wars, global warming and deforestation, Earth has become a complete wasteland, all that is left is "The Hole", in casing the Institute, the schools and all things necessary for survival. The Hole was like a zoo, and the Institute were their keepers. They could live, as long as they stay put in their cage.
