In a society where people seem to vanish over night. You could be best friends with someone one day, and not remember them the next. The Guard does this, taking people and erasing their memories, turning them into different people so society stays the same. A small group, hardly an organization has formed, they are known as the Innocents. These Innocents are hunted down for their intelligence, which can destroy the Guard's society overnight.
Olivia Connors is one of these people, so was her mother before she was killed. Her father left them to become a Guard and is currently tracking his daughter.
Miles Vance knows some information, information that could be key to this disaster of a community.
Sakara Wills has a promise, a promise that she'll take to her grave.
Ashlyn Parker has to choose, one choice will save his friends, the other will save his life, the third no one can choose and survive-if anyone had survived, it had never been recorded.
Skritiris is going insane, and possibly near blowing up some bases and sacrificing thousands of lives to win. Or will her reasonable side win and eliminate all threats

When Ben gets even more angry, the press catch him trying to kill his girlfriend, and everything changes.
