I wrote this as my own personal  experiences and for those who relate to being an empath. Someone who deeply feels the emotions of others. It highlights the weight of carrying others' burdens, the draining effect on their energy, and the struggle to maintain their own light in the face of darkness. Despite the challenges, the poem affirms the empaths gift and their capacity to find peace and solace in their own inner strength.

These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum.
