Whispers of the heart

In the town of Katsina, Asmau lives with her grandparents after her mother's tragic death. Her life changes when her grandfather brings home Abdallah, a troubled youth cast out by his own father. Asmau and Abdallah don't get along at all, always fighting and disagreeing.

One day, a mistake leads to an unexpected marriage between them. Still at odds, they must learn to live as husband and wife. Just two months later, Asmau's grandparents pass away, leaving her heartbroken and alone.

Abdallah's father then calls him back home. Afraid of his father's reaction, Abdallah hides his marriage to Asmau and brings her into his family's house secretly.

As Asmau is left alone, hidden away in Abdallah's family home, the layers of their hidden union begin to unravel. Each day brings new challenges as secrets are revealed, loyalties are tested, and the weight of their concealed marriage bears heavily on both their shoulders. Through the chaos, Asmau and Abdallah must confront their past, question their present, and decide if they can build a future together.
