Hinata is an ex-spider of the Phantom Troupe. After abandoning his position has spider #0.1, he ran away in search of a more peaceful life, pursuing his dream of playing volleyball. So far, his first year at Karasuno has gone by smoothly, but he soon catches wind of the phantom troupe at Karasuno. He tries to ignore this and continue on with his life, but with the appearance of the chain user the phantom troupe continuously seeks Hinata out. Hinata must balance his life between his old family and his new. Will his secret remain?
