In the past, Jean and Armin loved each other fiercely. But the fact remained that neither of them had the courage to tell the other how they felt. Death had found them just like a lot of members from the Scouting Legion, and they died with barely a whisper of their feelings brushed on their lips.
In the present, Jean and Armin go to the same school, though they have never seen each other before. Life gives a second chance when the two met on that fateful day. Will visions of the past help them restore the connection they once held and lost a lifetime ago?
The future remains a mystery. The pair have never felt such a strong bond before, but the struggles of everyday life really begin to test their relationship. Jean still believes he is straight and Armin's bullies have left him hopeless and on the verge of depression. In order to reach the happy ending each so very much desires, things will have to take an unexpected and dangerous twist.
