Mature
After escaping a very deranged stalker, Melanie Wilcox moves to Bon Temps. Now living with a distant family member, she struggles to find a job, sanity and the will to live. She's desperate to leave her past behind and lead a better life. Unfortunately, there is a certain bloodsucker bar searching for a dancer and she's just perfect for the position, desperate, damaged and indebt. Now thrusted into the world of supernatural Beings and Sookie Stackhouse's drama, she finds herself tangled Up with the most alluring and dangerous fanger of them all, Eric Northman. He's not empathetic and he's no gentleman. Why is she drawn to him?

A/N: This book will have some references the show but won't completely follow the story line. I want this to be fresh and new.
Also, I do not own the characters from True Blood.

Ash is on a rampage. Her last goal: Killing Eric Northman! After her boyfriend Tom is killed in New York by a handsome looking stranger she makes it her life mission to revenge his death. With the grand revelation she finally finds a clue as to who could have been responsible. No one other than 1000 year old vampire Sheriff Eric Northman. She moves to Bon Temps, a small town near the killers business "Fangtasia" and plots her revenge until one day the tall Wiking himself walks into Merlottes and takes a shine on her. She's thrown off her game and to her disgust, quite fascinated by him herself. Destiny seems to throw those two together repeatedly, which makes it hard for Ashley to resist. She tries her best to stay on course with her mission to Eric Northman, but somehow gets entangled more and more with Bon Temps society and its supernatural problems. When she finally finds some mysterious and unexplainable things going on with herself, she is forced to decide. Who can she trust and most importantly: Who are the guilty ones?
