For decades, humanity was made up of 80% of people who had a "Quirk", while the rest were without one. But for the last 24 years, there has been a very low birth rate of those with Quirks, leading to society being more divided than ever before. A new power called "Union" has risen and has separated the quirks and the quirkless. The former lives in luxury while the latter struggles to survive. You are Y/N, a member of an organization called "Nemesis" who is determined to protect the quirkless and put an end to Union's reign. After infiltrating one of the Union Cities, you come across a Hero with a playful personality, but a big heart. She claims to be looking into Union's dark actions. You are skeptical of her at first, but soon realize that her desire to help others is real. Soon you begin to show her the true state of the world and together vow to make things better.
