Millicent was the Eldest Daughter and First Born Child between Mary and John Winchester. Not much is known about her other than she was Five years old when Tragedy struck the Winchester Household and she was only Twelve when she lost her life on a hunt. The same hunt that William Harvelle lost his life.

Sam and Dean have no memories of her, but when family tensions rise, it's clear that Millicent is there and she's still keeping an eye on her brothers.
