Propinquity
A disastrous landslide caused by an earthquake takes out most of UA's dorms, leaving some buildings heavily damaged and many more completely uninhabitable. Class 1-A is lucky that their dorm was right on the edge of the disaster zone and so only slightly damaged, but things are about to get a 𝘭𝘰𝘵 more crowded.
