Bruno Amezcua's profound connection to the visual arts and film industries can be traced back to his early years. He was inspired by his grandfather, a revered film editor whose career flourished from the 1950s to the 1970s. This early influence ignited his passion for storytelling and visual arts, prompting him to pursue a dedicated academic and professional path in these fields. Over the last 15 years, he has developed a distinguished career, contributing to various high-profile projects across film and television. Bruno is well-known for his work on notable films such as "Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3" (2023), "Next Gen" (2018), and "Maya and the Three" (2021). As an animator and camera unit director of Hispanic-Canadian descent, he specializes in CG camera and photography, staging, storyboarding, classic illustration, and artistic drawing. His professional approach involves creating intricate visuals and animations that enhance film storytelling, making narratives more compelling and visually engaging. His love for collaboration is evident as he works closely with filmmakers to realize their cinematic visions. Bruno's educational background is impressive and multifaceted. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico City. To further refine his skills, he studied life drawing at the Museo Gregorio Prieto in Ciudad Real, Spain, renowned for its extensive collection of Spanish art. He later continued his education in Ontario, Canada, at the Centennial College of Fine Arts and Technology, graduating with honors in 2008.
