Backstory-Spider-Man's secret identity is Peter Parker and before the spider-bite, he's was just a very small, simple teenager in high school. Peter was raised by his Aunt May and Uncle Ben in New York City due to his parents, Richard and Mary Parker dying in a plane crash when Peter was around 6. Peter got spider powers about 8 years later from a radioactive spider bite one day in his Freshman Year at Midtown High School while on a Field Trip to Oscorp Science Lab, which was owned by his best friend, Harry Osborn's father, Norman Osborn. Note-This is my FANFICTION on Peter Parker/Spider-Man. It has MOSTLY NOTHING to do with Tobey MacGuire's Spider-Man, Andrew Garfield's Amazing Spider-Man, Tom Holland's MCU Spider-Man, Spider-Verse shit, Comic Book Spider-Man shit, and/or the animated Spider-Man shit but it does somewhat use bits and pieces of all their stories. Most rights go to Marvel, Sam Raimi, Jon Watts, & James Webb.
