"Breathe, my love, it'll only take a blink, and you'll find me on the other side." "Please don't do this!" I thrashed in his iron-like embrace. "The world will be different when you wake up, my love. I promise it'll be safer, and we'll rule it together." "You're delusional! It doesn't matter now, or in the next thousand years, I'll always run away from you." "And I'll find you, like I always do." After a storm caused by Alexander Connelly, the world began to crumble. His vision was clear: werewolves would no longer hide. As their king, he would place them at the top of the food chain. His plans were working as the war progressed exactly as he had intended, and all pieces were falling into place. Then he found her. It wasn't the right time for him to claim his mate, especially since she was human. So, he decided to leave this problem for his future self to handle it. He wanted his version from ten years in the future to deal with it. It seemed like a good idea at first, but perhaps ten years was too long. Besides, spells don't always work perfectly.

WARNING: THIS BOOK HAS MAJOR PLOT HOLES, AND IS ALL TOGETHER VERY BAD. I SUGGEST YOU READ MY NEW BOOK, Skeletons In My Closet. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. When they slowly cut my skin, I didn't scream, when I felt their blades lightly drag across my stomach and legs I didn't shake. This was my life and I was used to it. It was fine. When his red stamp hit my card, I couldn't dare look. But those red letters attacked my eyes; Weak. ---------------------- This was the Alpha playing with his food. I could imagine how he would stalk to me, his head high with all his teeth showing. His pure white fur not being touched by the dust he had created when he chased after me. I can only imagine how every step for him would be a leap for me. That blood would hang from his mouth and drip onto the forest floor but not even faze his fangs. I was terrified of him. Even if I couldn't bring myself to mention it, to be weak and choose to submit. These thoughts kept me running, the invisible echo of a laugh that wasn't really there stayed in my ear, even though he was nowhere to be. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• He was terrifying, but yet, at he same time he was safe. AU: I STARTED WRITING THIS 2 YEARS AGO. ITS NOT THE BEST STORY.
