After the defeat of Monarch, everyone was happy, even though, Marinette didn't find the miraculous of the butterfly. Marinette and Adrien are a happy couple and go out or spend time together almost all the time. After the battle, Luka returned to China to complete his guardian train with Su-han. He's coming back today and that's where the storyline starts.
Ps. Alix is back since there is no danger of Monarch. But she still has the miraculous in case of emergencies.

Taking place right after Perfect Payback, LB and CN need to get their partnership back to normal. They decided to leave Paris for a day or so to go to Brazil. In order for them to connect in a nice tropical paradise. Once there, they encounter Lady Butterfly, a butterfly superhero who holds the most powerful miraculous in The Brazilian Box.
