. Rosellaflutter's mother, Magpiefreckle, has always been irritable, angry and disappointed in him ever since she unwillingly became medicine cat- not that it was his fault, or anything. She just hates everyone. All he wants is to get away from her. He has friends in camp, but they don't bring him much solace- nothing can, when he's near his mother. 
    
    He just wants to be free.
    
    And his life quickly starts to fall to pieces. .
