Fame.
Access to anything and everything unless it was the track star, Rebecca Townsend. She was everything I was looking for in a girl, but she never dated in college. She was mean to everyone but that was going to change. At the end of sophomore year, Rebecca and I had chemistry that was quickly denied after the attention it was getting from the people on campus. She was grounded and focused unlike the other women that threw themselves at me. I wanted her and I was going to have her anyway. Even if she said she would never date another athlete again.

After a bad secret breakup, a knee injury, and a fallout with friends I led the ungrateful Royal Oaks women's track team to Nationals, and we placed top four in the nation. During the road to recovery sophomore year, I met the annoyingly irresistible quarterback, Chase Johnson. He never followed the crowd and did his own thing, but he was an athlete and I never wanted to date one again. My only goals were to be a respectable team captain, win nationals, and go pro with Team USA. Dating, having fun, and Chase were the last things on my mind until my best friend Brittney forced me to attend the kickoff party at the beginning of the year.
