Narumi Uzumaki-Namikaze was the Rokudaime of Konohagakure. Atleast she was before it was destroyed. Now she finds herself in an alternate dimension, 16 years into the past, when her beloved village still stood. Everything was as she remembered...but why is her past self a boy??
(This is like a trial run, please comment and suggest improvements! I will try and have the first chapter up after reviewing if it's needed, but it might take a while since I'll be focusing more on my KHR story.)

She will have a typical shinobi family tragedy of losing a beloved family member that mentally scarred her young mind. No transmigration, reincarnation, experimentation, decimated village, or massacred clan. She's a surprisingly normal shinobi that experienced her losses, works to overcome them, and bears fruit from her hard work. How will this "completely normal" kunoichi affect the characters of the Naruto-verse?
