During what was supposed to be a ground-breaking weekend at Jurassic Park, Dr. Evelyn Harper, a paleo-geneticist, and Dr. Michael Bennett, a wildlife veterinarian, are invited by John Hammond to witness the marvels of the world's first dinosaur theme park. They join a select group of experts, including palaeontologists Dr. Alan Grant and Dr. Ellie Sattler, and chaos theorist Dr. Ian Malcolm.

As they arrive on Isla Nublar, Eve and Mike are awestruck by the sight of living, breathing dinosaurs. However, their awe quickly turns to concern when they notice subtle signs of instability in the park's operations. Eve, with her deep understanding of genetic engineering, senses that the dinosaurs' behaviours are not aligning with their intended designs, while Mike observes unusual stress markers in the animals.

Their concerns are validated when a catastrophic systems failure occurs, triggered by a sabotage from disgruntled programmer Dennis Nedry. The park's security systems are shut down, and the dinosaurs, including the ferocious Tyrannosaurus rex and cunning Velociraptors, are set loose. The once-controlled environment descends into chaos.

Amidst the mayhem, Eve and Mike team up with Dr. Grant, Dr. Sattler, and Dr. Malcolm to navigate the perilous landscape. Eve uses her knowledge of the park's genetic secrets to help anticipate the dinosaurs' behaviours, while Mike's veterinary skills prove invaluable in treating injuries and understanding the animals' stress responses.

As they make their way through the island, they discover the true extent of InGen's reckless experimentation and the ethical breaches committed in the name of progress. The group faces relentless attacks from the escaped predators, encounters the abandoned visitor center, and witnesses the raw power of nature's prehistoric creations.

Dinosaurs roamed the Earth over 65 million years ago, but in 1993, a man by the name of John Hammond with the help of geneticist introduced them to a new world. He brought in several people to the island of Isla Nublar in order to endorse the idea of a dinosaur theme park. A park where people could interact with living and breathing dinosaurs. Among those people were Dr. Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler. The park trial failed resulting in death and the shut down of Jurassic Park. In 2015, Simon Masrani and his company Masrani Global had shown their interpretation of John Hammond's dream with Jurassic World amusement park operating in full swing. However, the park went into full chaos when a hybrid called the Indominus Rex escaped and wreaked havoc all over until it was stopped by heroes Keira Grant and Owen Grady with the help of friends and trusty (somewhat) velociraptors. Jurassic World was in shambles and was turned into a sanctuary, redesigned to protect the dinosaurs. After hitting a few speed bumps, Isla Nublar became a safe haven. Theodore Alan Grady was born under the two legends who run the sanctuary. Growing up from birth in the presence of dinosaurs, seeing an Apatosaurus sun bathing is nothing to look twice at for the teenager. Living on an island where every animal there is considered a miracle, Theo is trying to find his own calling. But with such incredibly influential names in his family, how could he ever amount to that level of greatness? With the darkest hour approaching, will he rise to the occasion of being a hero ? The first book following the first installation of Jurrasic Park. Clarissa Hammond is the youngest daughter of John Hammond. Clarissa is a paleontologist alongside Dr. Alan Grant and is good friends with Ellie Sattler. Being almost thirty-one years old and adopted by the CEO of InGen and Jurrasic Park at ten years old, Clarissa believes that she is old enough to decide for herself. Clarissa is amazed at what her adopted father has created but is frightened by the outcome. These creatures were created and destroyed by God for a reason, who knows what chaos will happen when the said creatures decide it is time for them to make their lives in a new world. Wanting Alan Grant's opinion about the park, Hammond brings a few select individuals to witness everything he's created. What Hammond didn't count on was that Ian Malcolm would become interested in his adopted daughter. Will he successfully keep Clarissa out of reach of Ian Malcolm and for his park to open without complications? Or will Ian get his Mrs. Ex-Malcolm and the park falls to ruin? "Clary, my dear daughter!" "I'm always looking for a Mrs. Ex-Malcolm." "I'm not marrying you, just to become divorced. It's the long road or no road Ian." "So...Mrs. Ex-Malcolm?" "Ha! You're not divorcing me, buddy. It's going to take you being eaten for me to become Mrs. Ex-Malcolm." "I love you, Clary. My future Mrs. Ex-Malcolm." "I love you too, Ian. This will be a nice joke for the grandkids."

(Editing incomplete) Jurassic Park went down in history as a disastrous failure, an idea with good intentions that went horribly awry. For Dr Alan Grant and Dr Ellie Sattler, the two were happy to return to a life strictly dealing with bones. Despite the terrible things they had come to witness, their love for the creatures that had once roamed the Earth had yet to dwindle and carried on into their legacy. Raised among two of the most world-renowned dinosaur experts, their daughter, Keira Grant is next in line to carry on the work of her parents. With a palaeontologist for a father and a paleobotanist as a mother, Keira's life is strictly dino-related from the time of her birth and it comes as no surprise when she decides to follow in the steps of her parents. However, Alan and Ellie never anticipated that their daughter would be roped into the same trap that they had fallen into all those years before. With the opening of Jurassic World theme park, Keira is lured to the appeal of working with the creatures she has learned so much about over the years, along with the promise from the park itself that things will be different this time around. With new safety precautions put into place, along with advanced technology, Jurassic World is deemed safe and the park is opened with Keira working among the herbivores on site. But things certainly begin to change when Keira meets up once more with ever-flirtatious and aloof, Owen Grady the Raptor Trainer as he steps into her territory. And unfortunately, the carnivores aren't far behind, especially one, in particular, that shows no mercy to anything with a pulse. Cover Credit: @tantarts
